オバマ次期大統領、4年前の演説

オバマ次期大統領の名前が知られるようになったのは、4年前のことらしい。
大統領選・民主党大会での演説がきっかけだと何かで読んで、気になった。
たぶんこの演説のことだと思う→Barack Obama "The Audacity of Hope"

動画まで見れて、本当に便利な世の中になったもの。
観客の盛り上がり具合から、一番ウケが良かったのは、この前後かな。
"Well, I say to them tonight, there is not a liberal America and a conservative America — there is the United States of America. There is not a Black America and a White America and Latino America and Asian America — there’s the United States of America."
この人が語るからこそ印象に残る。今回の選挙でも語ってたね。

"My parents shared not only an improbable love, they shared an abiding faith in the possibilities of this nation. They would give me an African name, Barack, or "blessed," believing that in a tolerant America your name is no barrier to success."
ってまさしくその通りだった。アメリカ、恐るべし。

なんとなく思うこと。
国民を引きつける演説と大統領就任のタイミング。
なんか日本に小泉純一郎首相が誕生した時となんか似ているような…。
